Constructed by the most renowned architects and engineers in the country, Gingerbread City serves as a creative outlet for them to showcase their ideas towards improving the urban infrastructure of London.

And yes, they did it all, from the blueprint to baking the city into life!

Previously, these talented architects and engineers created gingerbread models of iconic London landmarks like the Battersea Power Station, Tate Modern and Somerset House.

Now marking its fifth year, this season’s Gingerbread City will focus on the theme, ‘Nature and the City’.
