It’s that time of the year again, where every home gets spookier, children turn into frightening cute monsters and we all indulge a little on Halloween treats.
This year at least, Halloween might not be what we’re used to, with virtual plans taking over real-life ones. But don’t worry, having a low-key event doesn’t mean you need to go low-key. .
To celebrate, we’ve put together a quick and easy guide to some ghoulish Halloween looks from some of our favourite brands. Zilch your costumes now and spend more time planning your horror-movie marathon and tucking into your treats. 🎃
1. No kitten around 🐱
This look is extremely popular and easy to pull off. Head over to Boohoo, and get your claws on an all-black catsuit and kitty ears. Add some sleek heels or go extra glam with a pair of statement-making thigh-high boots adding lipstick and seriously scary cat eyes for the extra drama.
2. Dark Bunny 🐰
Bunnies are super cute, we all know that, but as it’s Halloween, this bunny look isn’t. Make it scary and add a little black dress, a statement chain belt, killer over the knee boots and the signature bunny ears of course! Awesome.
3. Addams realness 😑
The iconic Adam’s family is a seasonal favourite with their ‘unimpressed with just about everything’ mood. The Wednesday Addams look can be achieved with a black dress, white-collar and pigtails. Oh, and remember, no smiles 😑
4. Skeleton 💀
This is where all those makeup tutorials you’ve been watching on Youtube finally come in handy. Using some eyeshadow and liner, create a skull makeup look and spell-up accessories such as matching tights to complete.
